Can social and environmental impacts be translated into monetary value?

As part of Türkiye’s first Impact Accounting Pilot Programme, delivered in collaboration with GSG Impact and with the support of the Minderoo Foundation, we brought together representatives from our member and stakeholder organisations for an in-person workshop in Istanbul on 26 August!

What was explored during the workshop?

• How social and environmental impacts can be translated into monetary values
• How impact accounting approaches can be integrated into corporate decision-making
• How theory can be put into practice through real-world case studies and hands-on group exercises
