Tuğçe Söğüt, Secretary General of EYDK participated as a speaker in the “Meet the Outcomes Funding Innovators” session held on 3 September as part of the Social Outcomes Conference 2026, organised by the Government Outcomes Lab (GO Lab) at the University of Oxford.

Drawing on a pre-feasibility study conducted by EYDK, Tuğçe Söğüt shared insights into outcomes-based contracting and outcomes-based finance.

Her presentation explored how finance can be linked to social outcomes, how outcomes-based models can be adapted to different needs, and the importance of collaboration among public authorities, investors, intermediaries and other relevant stakeholders.

The session provided a valuable space to discuss the conditions that could encourage the adoption of outcomes-based contracting in Türkiye and to exchange international experiences.
