We were honored to join the Social Outcomes Conference 2025 (SOC25), hosted by Oxford’s Government Outcomes Lab (GO Lab). The conference brought together global policymakers, academics, and practitioners to advance outcomes-driven approaches for social change.

Why SOC25 Matters
This year’s theme, “Institutionalising outcomes and impact: partnerships for systemic change,” stressed the need to embed mission-led, outcomes-based approaches into institutions. Leaders from across sectors explored how collaboration can build resilient frameworks that prioritize accountability, prevention, and long-term value. 

EYDK’s Contribution
Ahead of SOC25, we joined the roundtable “Learning from each other: Mapping the evolution and challenges of social outcomes contracts in Europe.” It was an invaluable opportunity to exchange lessons and bring Türkiye’s perspective to this evolving field. 

Our Commitment
At EYDK, we aim to position Türkiye as a regional hub for impact investing. SOC25 deepened our engagement with the global ecosystem and reinforced our resolve to advance outcome-based financing models that create lasting social value.
